Can going vegan ease arthritis pain? new study delivers food boxes to find out
NCT ID NCT07268326
Summary
This study is testing whether switching to a 100% plant-based diet for 16 weeks can help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life for people with rheumatoid arthritis. 180 participants will either receive weekly food boxes and diet coaching to follow the plant-based diet, or continue their normal eating habits. Researchers will compare joint pain, swelling, and overall health between the two groups to see if dietary changes make a difference.
