Summary

This trial asks whether people with rheumatoid arthritis who have low disease activity can safely reduce their JAK inhibitor dose without losing control of their symptoms. Participants will either follow a step-by-step dose-tapering plan or continue their usual full-dose medication. Researchers will track how many patients maintain low disease activity after a year, as well as any flare-ups, to see if a lower dose can work just as well.
