Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called plamotamab in 68 adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who have not responded well to other treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and side effects when given as an injection under the skin. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body.
