New ultrasound tech aims to spot pregnancy problems earlier

NCT ID NCT06861309

Summary

This study is testing two new types of ultrasound imaging to see if they can better check the health of the placenta during pregnancy. Researchers will compare scans from 60 pregnant people—some with a condition where the baby is growing too slowly and some without—to see if the new methods can tell them apart. The goal is to find better ways to spot and monitor problems with the placenta that can lead to complications.
