Summary
This study aims to map gene activity in the placenta at two key points in pregnancy: the first trimester and at childbirth. Researchers will analyze small tissue samples from 100 pregnant women to understand how placental cells change over time. The goal is to learn more about normal placental development and identify early signs of complications like preeclampsia or growth problems.
