Summary

This study aims to map how genes are turned on and off in different cells of the placenta during early pregnancy and at childbirth. Researchers will collect small tissue samples from 100 pregnant women to analyze cell communication and development. The goal is to better understand normal placental function and identify early warning signs for complications like pre-eclampsia or growth problems.
