Summary

This study tests a drug called PJ009 in people aged 14 and older with short bowel syndrome who rely on IV nutrition. The goal is to see if daily shots can safely reduce the amount of IV nutrition needed. Participants will receive either PJ009 or a placebo for 24 weeks, then all will get PJ009 for 12 more weeks. The study tracks changes in IV nutrition volume and safety.
