Summary

This study is testing whether adding pistachios to the diet for six months can improve thinking skills, heart health, and overall life satisfaction in older adults. About 100 participants aged 65 to 80 will eat pistachios as part of their regular diet. Researchers will track changes in memory, blood pressure, cholesterol, and happiness through phone apps, surveys, and blood tests.
