NCT ID NCT07412964
First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests two simple, drug-free ways to help intensive care unit (ICU) patients sleep better: playing pink-brown noise (a gentle, calming sound) or scheduling quiet time at night. About 18 adults in the ICU will wear a smartwatch to track their sleep. The goal is to see if these methods improve sleep quality and help patients recover.
