Summary
This study tested three exercise programs for women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). 78 women did either Pilates, Pilates with pelvic floor squeezes, or pelvic floor exercises alone for 6 weeks. The goal was to see which approach best reduces leakage and improves muscle strength.
