Summary

This study tested whether Pilates or neuromuscular exercises could improve balance and knee alignment in 36 young adults with dynamic knee valgus (knock-knees during movement). Participants did supervised exercises three times a week for six weeks. The goal was to see which approach better reduces knee angle and improves strength and balance.
