Summary
This study tested whether Pilates or neuromuscular exercises improve postural control in young adults with dynamic knee valgus (knock-knees during movement). Thirty-six participants were split into three groups: Pilates, neuromuscular training, or no exercise. Both exercise groups did supervised sessions three times a week for six weeks. The main measure was knee angle during a jump landing, with secondary measures of muscle strength and balance.
