Summary
This study tests a new drug combination called Piemonte association for people with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled with current treatments. About 480 adults will receive either the new combination or a placebo to see if it safely lowers blood sugar levels. The main goal is to reduce glycated hemoglobin, a key measure of long-term blood sugar control.
