First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at whether guided strength training and stretching, along with a home exercise plan, works better than just a home exercise plan alone for reducing pain in dental students. Sixteen second-year dental students took part. The goal was to see if these exercises could prevent or improve pain from lab work and also check how strength and quality of life relate to pain levels.
