Summary
This study tested a program that uses technology, like fitness trackers, to help breast and endometrial cancer survivors become more active. The program started with a simple approach and added extra support for those who needed it. 323 women who had finished their main cancer treatment took part. The goal was to see if this personalized method could increase weekly physical activity and improve well-being.
