First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a physical activity screener, along with exercise coaching and self-monitoring, can help breast and colon cancer survivors increase their physical activity and reduce sitting time. About 20 survivors aged 50 or older who finished primary cancer treatment at least 3 months ago will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful in a real-world clinic setting.
