Can a phone call help beat Cancer's return?
NCT ID NCT00548236
Summary
This study tested whether regular phone calls from an exercise coach could help people who recently finished treatment for early-stage breast or colorectal cancer become more physically active. Research suggests staying active after cancer may lower the chance of the cancer coming back. The program aimed to provide motivation and support to overcome the fatigue and inactivity that often follows cancer treatment.
