Summary

This study tests whether a daily pill called phentermine helps teenagers aged 12 to 18 with obesity lose weight. About 240 teens will take either the drug or a placebo for 52 weeks. The main goal is to see how much their body mass index (BMI) changes, while also checking for side effects.
