Summary
This study tested two types of needle therapy—pharmacopuncture (injecting medicine into acupuncture points) and regular acupuncture—to see which better relieves chronic neck pain lasting over 3 months. 128 adults with moderate to severe pain took part. The goal was to find out which approach offers more relief after 5 weeks of treatment.
