Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new oral drug, PF-07799933, in people aged 16 and older with advanced solid tumors that have a specific BRAF gene change. The drug is given alone or combined with other medicines like binimetinib or cetuximab. The study aims to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 267 participants will be enrolled.
