First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This early-phase study is testing a new imaging agent called 64Cu-DOTA-pembrolizumab to see if it can safely show which tumors are still growing in people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer who are already on the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. Six participants will get a PET scan using this agent, along with radiation therapy to some tumors. The goal is to help doctors tell the difference between tumors that are progressing and those that are stable.
