Summary

This early-stage study tested a personalized DNA vaccine in 9 people with a fast-growing brain cancer called glioblastoma. The vaccine was custom-made for each person based on their tumor's unique features. The main goals were to see if the vaccine was safe, possible to make in time, and able to trigger an immune response against the cancer.
