First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether analyzing a patient's DNA and RNA can help doctors choose the right targeted therapy for hard-to-classify inflammatory diseases affecting multiple organs. Researchers enrolled 32 adults with skin involvement and at least one other affected organ. The goal was to see if molecular pathway analysis could predict treatment response, measured by improvements in disease activity, skin symptoms, and inflammation markers.
