Summary

This study tests whether analyzing a person's DNA and RNA can help doctors choose the right targeted therapy for hard-to-classify inflammatory diseases affecting at least two organs (including skin). Researchers will enroll 32 adults and check if the treatment improves symptoms and inflammation markers after 6 months. The goal is to make treatment more personalized and effective for these rare, complex cases.
