Summary

This study is testing if a special, personalized type of plant-based starch can help control inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) like Crohn's and ulcerative colitis in children. Researchers want to see if this starch, tailored to each child's gut bacteria, can reduce gut inflammation and improve symptoms. The trial involves 80 pediatric participants and compares the personalized starch against a placebo.
