Summary
This study is testing a web-based tool that gives personalized risk estimates for Crohn's disease to people who have a close family member with the condition. The goal is to see if learning their personal risk motivates them to make healthy lifestyle and diet changes that might prevent the disease. The study will enroll 80 first-degree relatives of Crohn's patients and track their behavior changes and health markers over time.
