Summary

This study uses full genome sequencing to analyze the DNA of each participant's cancer. The goal is to find the specific genetic changes driving the cancer and match them with targeted drugs. Researchers will track how often this genetic information changes treatment decisions and build a large database to improve future cancer care. The study enrolls 5,000 adults with advanced or metastatic cancers that cannot be cured.
