Summary

This study tests whether a personalized brain-training therapy (neurofeedback) can improve arm movement in people who recently had a stroke. About 44 participants will either receive standard or personalized neurofeedback during 15 sessions over three weeks. The goal is to see if tailoring the therapy to each person's preferences leads to better motor recovery.
