Summary
This trial compares two rehabilitation approaches—neurodevelopmental technique (NDT) and mirror therapy—to see which better improves coordination, leg function, and walking ability in people recovering from a sub-acute stroke. Forty adults aged 45 to 65 with hemiplegia (weakness on one side) will be randomly assigned to one of the two therapy groups, each attending sessions three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking distance, leg motor function, and coordination to determine if one therapy offers a clearer advantage.
