Can tailored brain zaps quiet schizophrenia symptoms?

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized form of brain stimulation called iTBS can help reduce schizophrenia symptoms when used alongside usual medications. Forty adults with schizophrenia will receive daily iTBS sessions for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and brain activity using scans and questionnaires. The goal is to see if this approach works in real-world clinics.
