Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized treatment approach can lead to long-term remission or cure for people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. Researchers will use regular blood tests to guide treatment decisions, adjusting therapies based on cancer activity while also giving treatments to prevent cancer from spreading to the brain and spinal cord. The goal is to see if this tailored strategy helps patients stay cancer-free for at least 12 months during the maintenance phase.
