First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether using personalized risk models can safely reduce the number of diagnostic tests needed for people with new, stable chest pain. Researchers will compare this approach to standard care in 2000 adults aged 30-75. They will also test a new laser method to measure blood flow in tiny vessels, which might reflect heart health.
