First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested whether personalized walking training based on detailed 3D movement analysis works better than standard walking therapy for people with spinal cord damage from injury or multiple sclerosis. 63 participants received either training tailored to their specific walking deficits or general walking therapy for six weeks. The goal was to see if personalized training leads to greater improvements in walking function.
