Summary

This study tests whether a special clinic that checks your genes and all your medications can lower the risk of harmful drug interactions. About 1,300 adults with cancer or mental health conditions who take multiple drugs will get a consultation. The goal is to help doctors prescribe safer, more effective medicines.
