Brain zaps may help stroke patients regain arm movement

Summary
This study is testing whether personalized brain stimulation can help people recover arm movement after a stroke. Researchers will use a gentle electrical current on the scalp during occupational therapy sessions. The study includes 80 people who had a stroke more than 3 months ago, comparing real stimulation to a placebo version.
