Heart patients test their own medicine: new study lets you find your perfect dose
NCT ID NCT07489352
Summary
This study tests whether personalized medicine trials can help older adults with heart failure find their highest tolerated beta-blocker dose. Fifty participants will either try a personalized approach where they test different doses while tracking how they feel, or receive standard care with extra check-ins. The goal is to help patients safely reach target medication doses that control their heart failure better.
