New study tests whether a 30-Minute chat can ease radiation anxiety

Summary
This study looks at whether a 30-minute education session with a radiation therapist can help breast cancer patients feel less anxious and more in control during their radiation treatment. About 109 patients will be randomly assigned to either receive this extra session or standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety, self-confidence, and satisfaction through questionnaires.
