Summary
This study tests whether a new temporary dressing called PermeaDerm is cheaper and works as well as the standard Allograft for people who need a skin graft. About 40 patients with surgical or burn wounds will get one of the two dressings before their graft. Researchers will check how well the dressing sticks, how ready the wound is for grafting, and any complications over about 8 weeks.
