NCT ID NCT07182175

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study follows 150 patients with functional adrenal tumors to see how their heart and blood pressure change before and after surgery. Researchers will use heart ultrasounds and blood pressure monitoring to understand recovery and risks. The goal is to help doctors choose better medicines and make safer surgical plans.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could help doctors better manage heart risks and choose safer treatments for patients with adrenal tumors before and after surgery.

What could go wrong

This is an observational study, not a treatment trial, so it won't directly test a new therapy. Results may not apply to all patients or lead to immediate changes in care.
