Summary
This small pilot study tested a minimally invasive needle treatment for hip pain in 6 male ice hockey players aged 18-21. The treatment, called percutaneous needle electrolysis, uses ultrasound guidance to target the hip capsule and aims to reduce pain and improve movement. Researchers measured strength, flexibility, and symptoms before and after treatment, with a 4-week follow-up.
