Summary
This study looks at whether using a massage gun (percussion therapy) for 4 weeks can improve how recreational pickleball players move and activate their muscles. Researchers will measure hip and knee motion and muscle signals during change-of-direction tasks. 30 healthy adults aged 18-80 who play pickleball weekly will participate.
