Summary

This study looks at whether using a percussion massager (Theragun) for 4 weeks can improve how recreational pickleball players move and activate their muscles. Researchers will measure hip and knee range of motion and muscle strength during change-of-direction tasks. 30 healthy adults aged 18–80 who play pickleball weekly will participate.
