First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a daily supplement made from cat's claw bark and oolong tea can help improve memory and thinking in adults aged 40-85 with mild cognitive impairment. About 154 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 6 months. They will complete digital memory tests and wear an Oura ring to track sleep and heart health. The goal is to see if the supplement is safe and offers any benefit for brain function.
