Summary

This study looked at whether taking peppermint oil by mouth can improve blood pressure and other heart health measures in people with mild to moderate high blood pressure. 40 adults aged 18-65 with systolic blood pressure between 120-139 mmHg who were not on blood pressure medication took part. The goal was to see if a natural dietary supplement could offer a low-risk option for managing early hypertension.
