Summary
This study tests two types of engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) in 40 adults with active pemphigus vulgaris, a painful blistering skin condition. The cells are designed to target and reduce the faulty immune cells that attack the skin. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, with the hope of controlling the disease long-term.
