Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs—pemetrexed (chemotherapy) and pembrolizumab (immunotherapy)—in people whose salivary gland cancer has returned or spread. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors or slow the disease. The study includes 45 adults with advanced cancer that cannot be cured by standard treatments.
