First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether injecting two drugs (pemetrexed and bevacizumab) directly into the spinal fluid can help people with a specific type of lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. About 19 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will receive the therapy. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also tracking how long participants live.
