New drug combo aims to slow advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and vorinostat, can help people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 120 adults with stage IV disease will receive either the combination or pembrolizumab alone. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and can delay cancer growth.
