Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for people with high-risk endometrial cancer who have already had surgery to remove the uterus. The plan combines an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) with radiation to the vagina, followed by more immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps control the cancer from coming back.
