Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs, pembrolizumab and olaparib, before and after standard chemoradiation can help control locally advanced head and neck cancer. About 45 adults with this cancer will receive the drug combination. The main goal is to see if this approach improves the time people live without their cancer growing back.
