Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, in 15 people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors by boosting the immune system and blocking cancer cell growth. Participants must have already received prior treatment for their cancer.
