This phase 3 trial compares a new drug called Retlirafusp alfa plus chemotherapy against standard immunotherapy plus chemotherapy for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread to the liver and has not been treated before. The study aims to see if the new combination helps people live longer without their cancer growing. About 332 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups.
