First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab and chemotherapy (GVD) in 38 adults whose Hodgkin lymphoma has returned or not responded to one prior treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can make the cancer disappear completely, using a sensitive blood test (ctDNA) to guide next steps. Participants will receive up to 4 cycles of treatment, and those who respond may avoid a stem cell transplant.
